Privacy Policy

1. General

This Policy describes what data the “Lead Distribution by KO:AGENCY” integration (the “Integration”) and its backend process when installed and used inside a Kommo account. The data operator is KO:AGENCY (the “Operator”). Contact: hello@koagency.me. By installing and using the Integration you agree to this Policy.

2. Data we process

• Kommo account data: account id and domain, OAuth access and refresh tokens — to call the Kommo API on behalf of your account.
• User list: user ids, names, groups and an “online / in distribution” flag — to distribute leads among users.
• Lead data: lead id, pipeline and stage, responsible user, and the fields used in distribution rules (budget, tags, custom field values) — to assign the responsible user automatically.
• Integration settings: distribution rules, schedules, distribution method, distribution history.
• Subscription data: the buyer’s e-mail and payment parameters. Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider; card data is never transmitted to or stored by the Operator.

The Integration does not collect special categories of personal data and never asks users for their Kommo login or password.

3. Purposes

• Automatic distribution of incoming leads and leads moving through the pipeline among users.
• Tracking users’ online status and work schedules.
• Issuing and renewing the paid subscription.
• Technical support and keeping the service operational.

4. Storage and security

Data is processed and stored on the Operator’s servers (raspredelenie.koagency.ru) over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access tokens and settings are kept only as long as needed for the Integration to function. The Operator applies reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access.

5. Sharing with third parties

Data is shared only with services required for the Integration to work:

• Kommo — the platform where the Integration is installed (via its official API).
• Payment provider — online subscription payments. Payment data is handled by the provider under its own policy.

The Operator does not sell or share data with third parties for purposes unrelated to the Integration.

6. Retention and deletion

Data is processed for as long as the Integration is used. When the Integration is disabled in the Kommo account, processing stops and access tokens are revoked. You may request deletion of the data associated with your account by writing to hello@koagency.me.

7. Your rights

You may request information about the data processed, its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent by disabling the Integration and/or contacting the Operator.

8. Changes

The Operator may update this Policy. The current version is always available at the URL where this page is hosted.
